Seeking a marketing and operations coordinator to assist our Marketing and Operations departments with specific aspects of of marketing, leasing, training & on-boarding, and software support as it relates to multi-family development and property management needs. The focus will be to ensure all on site teams have the proper tools to maintain property performance, and support continued growth of the property management organization. This job would report to the Director of Marketing & Leasing.

Primary duties would include:

  • Assist in the setup of and fully support Yardi products (Voyager, CRM, RentCafe)
  • Act as appointed Voyager product specialist for all support tickets and troubleshooting
  • Build out CRM email templates and update for properties as needed
  • Implement and regularly audit online property listings
  • Implement and regularly audit CRM tracking phone numbers
  • Train and onboard new site staff on company standards and Yardi products
  • Perform leasing call shops to ensure compliance and follow up as needed
  • Produce blogs for Core Living & Roers Companies websites
  • Create and deploy bi-weekly construction updates and leasing updates for Investors through Mail Chimp
  • Collect and review marketing checklists to support site compliance
  • Onboard and off-board properties as needed
  • Take on special projects as assigned by Director of Marketing to support Operations or specific company needs

The role is fast paced and requires attention to detail, organization and someone who can take ownership and is eager to learn.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, Rent Café & CRM Products2-3 years experience in Property Management / Real Estate
  • 2-4 year Associated or Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years related marketing / leasing experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and results-driven with a track record of excellent performance
  • Flexibility to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) is a plus
